How to Request Blessings
You can invoke these treasures anytime, anywhere to serve yourself and others, particularly during your daily practice. Below are some simple guidelines on how to call on them.
For self-healing, place the front book cover over your Message Center, or heart chakra. Then, ask the divine treasure to offer soul healing blessings.
For example, simply say: "Dear Divine Soul Wisdom in my Soul Wisdom I book, I love you. Please give a divine healing blessing to me for ___________ [state your request]."
Then, chant for one to five minutes: "Divine Soul Wisdom, Divine Soul Wisdom, Divine Soul Wisdom, Divine Soul Wisdom …"
