Shipping and Returns Policy

Welcome to DrSha.com. This site is provided by the Institute of Soul Healing and Enlightenment™ (referred to throughout this site as "DrSha.com") as a service to our customers. 

We want you to know that we offer you our greatest love, peace and harmony. The following statements in this Privacy Policy may seem quite strong. Please understand that we must protect ourselves under applicable laws. This is a requirement of operating as a business entity in the physical world. Thank you for your understanding.

DrSha.com sells its products and services to you subject to the following policy on this page. If you visit or shop at DrSha.com, you unconditionally accept and are bound by this Shipping and Returns Policy. Please read this policy carefully. 

 

Delivery of Services 

When you place a service order, it will be delivered based upon its classification:

  • Approval Required – If you apply to receive a divine download or blessing, you will hear back about your application status within 2-4 days. If you apply to attend an event, class or training program, you will hear back about your application status within 7 days.

  • Delivery by teleconference on Sunday – If you place an order for a Divine Download or Divine Blessing (e.g., Soul Transplant, Karma Cleansing, Transmission, etc.) for an item with Sunday delivery by teleconference, by 12 PM Pacific Standard Time on any given Sunday, it will be delivered via soul transmission to your soul at the next Sunday Divine Blessings teleconference. Your soul will receive the divine download or blessing even if you cannot make it in person to attend the teleconference.

  • Immediate Delivery - If you place an order for a service with immediate delivery, the service will be delivered immediately upon completion of purchase. Some services are totally virtual while others may be augmented by a multi-media experience involving video, flash files, images, audio recordings or other digital or electronic formats for a multi-media experience, audibly, visually or other. Such services will be provided for registered users' viewing, listening or receiving through the telephone, internet, radio, video, television, digital or other similar media broadcast service.

Shipping of Products 

DrSha.com can ship to many different locations around the world. If you are not sure if we can ship to your destination address, please send an email to and write “Shipping Question” in the subject line. We will be happy to answer any shipping questions you might have.

Delivery Time

When you place a product order, it will be fulfilled and ship out within 1 – 4 business days. After it ships, the shipping time for orders from Canada and the United States will take 6-10 business days depending upon your shipping destination address. Your delivery time is the combination of the days it takes to fulfill and ship your order to your shipping destination address. International orders will take longer to be delivered. DrSha.com has warehouses in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, United States, and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Products  

General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened products sold and fulfilled by DrSha.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products should be returned in their original packaging unused and unmarked. If the return is a result of our error, we will also pay for the return shipping expenses agreed upon via email before return shipment.

Please read the remainder of this page for more information on returns for our various product lines (e.g., books, CDs, DVDs, etc.) and other return policy rules.

Non-Returnable Products

DrSha.com does not accept returns for the following products:

  • Any product not returned in the condition it was received.
  • Any digital products downloaded from the web site.
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • Gift certificates.
  • Divine Downloads and Divine Blessings.

Exception: If you discover that the product is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.

Exchanges

If you received a defective product and need to exchange it for the same product, please email to request a replacement. Please write “Exchange” in the subject line to help us respond more quickly. Our customer service team will respond shortly after receiving your email. We will pay for all return shipping costs agreed upon via email before return shipment.

Please understand that it takes us 3 – 7 business days to process exchanges and ship out a replacement product once it has arrived at one of our warehouses.

Note: We do not accept exchanges for different products (e.g., book exchanged for CD, Power Healing Book for Soul Study Book, etc.). You will need to return the product and purchase the product that you want in a separate order.

Returning Audio Tapes

You may return audio tapes purchased from DrSha.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment to one of our warehouses. Audio tapes must be returned unused, unmarked and in the condition they were received.

Returning Books

You may return books purchased from DrSha.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment to one of our warehouses. Books must be returned unused, unmarked and in the condition they were received.

Returning CDs

You may return CDs purchased from DrSha.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment to one of our warehouses. CDs must be returned unopened, still in their plastic wrap and in the condition they were received.

Returning DVDs

You may return DVDs purchased from DrSha.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment to one of our warehouses. DVDs must be returned unopened, still in their plastic wrap and in the condition they were received.

Returning Video Tapes

You may return video tapes purchased from DrSha.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment to one of our warehouses. Video tapes must be returned unused, unmarked and in the condition they were received.

Returning Products You Did Not Order

If you received an extra product(s) in your shipment or items were delivered to you or your shipping destination address that you did not order, please let us know by emailing. When you email us, please include:

  • “Return” in the subject line.
  • The names of the product(s) you incorrectly received.
  • Your full name.
  • Your phone number.
  • Your shipping destination address.
  • And your order number.

Our customer service team will respond shortly after receiving your email. We will refund all return shipping costs agreed upon via email before return shipment.

Packing and Sending Us Your Return

Please email for detailed instructions on how to pack and send us your return. When you email us, please include:

  • “Packing Instructions” in the subject of your email.
  • The names of the item(s) you wish to exchange or return.
  • Your full name.
  • Your phone number.
  • Your shipping destination address.
  • And your order number.

Our customer service team will respond shortly after receiving your email.

Refunds

Refunds are given for products that meet our returns guidelines. If your return does not meet our returns guidelines, your return will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Processing of Refunds

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product(s). In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 – 7 business days of our receiving and approving your return. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive your refund.

If the refund does not appear in your account within four weeks from the day that you sent us your return, please email us at for further assistance. Please write “Processing of Refunds” in the subject line to help us respond more quickly. Our customer service team will respond shortly after receiving your email.

Calculations of Refunds

Products that meet our returns policy will receive a full refund minus shipping and handling costs. Products that do not meet our returns guidelines will not be accepted and returned to sender.

If you return a product that is defective after the package has been opened or is a result of our error, a full refund will still be granted and we will pay for return shipping expenses agreed upon via email before return shipment.

If you returned only one product from a multi-product order, you will be refunded only for the product you returned.

If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of a product that you wish to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note that the original expiration date for the gift certificate will still apply.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional certificate or discount, as these were deducted from the original purchase amount upon ordering.

If after reading this information you feel that the amount of your refund was incorrect, please email. Please write “Calculations of Refunds” in the subject line to help us respond more quickly. We will be happy to answer any refund questions you might have.

Events 

General Refunds Policy

You may cancel any registration for any event (e.g., Workshops, Retreats, etc.) that you purchased from us and is produced by us for a full refund. You must email any cancellations to at least 72 hours before the beginning of the event.

You may cancel any registration for any event that you purchased from us and is produced by us for an 80% refund if your cancellation is after the 72 hours deadline and before the first day of the event. There is a 20% administrative fee assessed for cancellations during this time period.


If there are specific cancellation and refunds policies posted on our site for specific events (e.g., Soul Healing and Enlightenment Retreat, Divine Rejuvenation and Longevity Retreat, etc.), then those policies will govern and apply to those specific events. The General Refunds Policy will not govern or apply in these specific events.

If you registered for and purchased an event on DrSha.com that is produced by another business or organization, your cancellation must meet their cancellation and refund policy.

If we do not receive your cancellation because of any problems due to our technology and systems, then you will still receive a full refund for your cancellation.

Non-Refundable Events

DrSha.com does not give refunds for any events if:

  • The event has started.
  • We do not receive your cancellation by the deadline given above in the General Refunds Policy because of any problems due to your technology and system.
  • Another business or organization is producing the event and the cancellation does not meet their cancellation and refund policy.

Teleclasses 

General Refunds Policy

You may cancel any registration for any teleclass (e.g., The Power of Soul, Body Space Medicine, Soul Mind Body Medicine®TM, Power Healing, Soul Wisdom, etc.) that you purchased for a full refund. You must email any cancellations to before you have received the teleclass code, which is typically issued automatically upon purchase via email or 7 – 14 days before the first teleclass date.

You may cancel any registration for any teleclass that you purchased after you have received the teleclass code. However, you will receive a credit, not a refund, of 75% of the teleclass tuition towards a future teleclass. There is a 25% administrative fee assessed for cancellations after you have received the teleclass code.

If we do not receive your cancellation because of any problems due to our technology and systems, then you will still receive a full refund for your cancellation.

Non-Refundable Teleclasses

DrSha.com does not give refunds for any teleclasses if:

  • The teleclass has started.
  • We do not receive your cancellation by the deadline given above in the General Refunds Policy because of any problems due to your technology and system.

Divine Downloads and Divine Blessings  

General Refunds Policy

All Divine Downloads offered through Master Sha and/or at DrSha.com, including Divine Healer transmissions, Divine Soul Transplants and all other Divine Blessings, including Karma Cleansings and Divine Future Life Blessings, are unique on Mother Earth at this time. Divine Downloads and Blessings are delivered at the soul level. The Divine's deep compassion and generosity in offering these treasures to humanity is incomprehensible. Your monetary honoring of these gifts is an expression of your gratitude and understanding that they are priceless.

In receiving these divine gifts, you are receiving access to divine frequency never before brought to Mother Earth in this way. In offering your honoring fee, you are making a contribution to the Divine Mission to transform the consciousness of humanity and all souls and enlighten them to create love, peace and harmony for humanity, Mother Earth and the universe. Your contribution is deeply appreciated.

The policy at DrSha.com is to make no refunds on any Divine Downloads, Karma Cleansings or other Divine Blessings. Please be very thoughtful in your decision to receive these divine treasures and in making your contribution.

Shipping and Return Policies and Changes 

If you choose to visit or shop at DrSha.com, your visit and any dispute over shipping, returns and refunds are subject to this policy and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the State of Califonia, United States of America. Any claim relating to these policies shall be exclusively prosecuted in the State of Califonia, United States of America. If you have any concern about your purchases at DrSha.com, please contact us with a detailed description, and we will try to resolve it.

We reserve the right to make changes to our shipping, returns and refund policies, Conditions of Use and other policies at any time. You should check our site frequently to see any recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current shipping, returns and refund policies apply to all of your purchases.
